With years of experience in both clinical and community settings, Caitlin has developed a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit, and she believes that a healthy diet and regular physical activity are key components of a balanced and fulfilling life.

Caitlin is especially passionate about plant-based nutrition, and she has extensive knowledge of the benefits of a plant-based diet for overall health and well-being. She is committed to helping her clients transition to a plant-based lifestyle in a way that is sustainable, enjoyable, and tailored to their individual needs and preferences.

Jeff is a certified strength and conditioning coach, a former professional athlete, and a certified functional movement specialist with a passion for helping others reach their full potential. With years of experience as an athlete and coach, Jeff has developed a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics and the importance of functional movement for both athletic performance and daily life.

As a life coach, Jeff uses his knowledge of movement and fitness to help his clients overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. He believes that physical fitness and mental well-being are deeply interconnected, and he takes a holistic approach to coaching that addresses both the body and the mind.

With a track record of success working with clients from all walks of life, Jeff is committed to helping people unlock their full potential and live their best lives.
